We were delighted to host the first UK-ACG webinar, on 22nd May 2019 . The topic of discussion was:
“Should competency-based assessment centres be consigned to history?"
Distinguished contributors to the debate were:

The content included a review of latest research into competency-based research, and the challenges this presents for conventional assessment centre methodology. It also discussed recent innovations in assessment centre methodology (e.g. task-based assessment centres) and implications for our future practice.
